If only we had known about Jeni and her training techniques years ago. This is such a different approach as opposed to classroom training and working from a manual. Prior to training, Jeni asks you if you want to send examples of the type of documents you will be working on in the real world. We found this very useful and on day 2, we were able to start work on our own upcoming projects. Jeni also offers a fantastic free after training service for when you’ve forgotten someting!
